Employee Assistance Program
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) product combines standard elements of workplace counseling programs with customized additions to help organizations achieve their objectives. For example, we can provide:
We specialize in providing an open-ended number of counseling sessions to employees and family members, based on the needs of those seeking assistance. We prefer this model because it allows our consultants to conduct comprehensive evaluations that are not constrained by artificial visit limits. We also perform extensive follow-up and case management, to assure that problems are being addressed and resolved.
We perform management consultations on incidents of impaired or deterioratingjob performance, as necessary. We work closely with direct supervisors and human resources staff to develop a plan for constructive interventions, to promote an opportunity for troubled employees to regain their previous levels of productivity and job performance.
